As a Operations and Customer Support manager you are operating from our The Hague HQ and Showroom. Our offices & showroom are located on an inspirational location overlooking the harbour. With a hands-on approach you know how to structure and manage the customer service process from order to cash. You are the jack-of-all-trades when it comes to supplier management, customers care, trouble shooting and fulfilment. With your hawk-eye on customer experience you guide and improve the process of purchase, delivery and after sales like a true host. In addition you will be responsible for managing part of the assortment, allowing you to be truly involved in the growth & success of DOUXE.
You will be working in small dynamic team from where you will build and manage the customer service team and bring the customer journey to new heights. DOUXE is growing in a fast pace, so we are looking for like-minded characters with a flexible and can-do attitude.
